From September 2024 to June 2025, the Agency for Prevention of Corruption (APC) resolved 407 cases, which makes up almost half of the total number that was under review (893).
Out of that number, as many as 564 cases were backlog from previous periods, further confirming the seriousness of the inherited challenge. The APC has decisively approached the systematic resolution of these cases, leaving no room for institutional inefficiency.
It is especially important to emphasize that all pending administrative procedures up to the end of 2020 have been concluded, except for those currently before the Administrative Court of Montenegro.
These results confirm the Agency’s clear reform-oriented commitment - toward responsible action, more efficient case management, and restoring citizens’ trust in the institutions of the system.
The APC remains dedicated to building a transparent and functional institution, one that operates without pressure, without selection – and in the service of the public interest.
