The leadership of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption met with Mr. Yves Gounin, member of the Council of State of the Republic of France, who is on an official visit to Montenegro, as well as with the Ambassador of France, H.E. Anne-Marie Maskay, and her associates.
The meeting was organized at the initiative of the French Embassy, and discussions focused on the Agency’s previous activities and plans for the upcoming period. Particular emphasis was placed on strengthening the Agency’s visibility among citizens and institutions, as a reliable partner committed to the development and consistent implementation of anti-corruption policies.
The participants agreed that the implementation of best international practices and the continuous development of institutional capacities represent key preconditions for building an open, accountable, and just society. The Agency’s leadership particularly emphasized its commitment to international cooperation and active contribution to Montenegro’s European integration path.
