The Agency for Prevention of Corruption informs the public that as a result of budget rebalancing in six local governments (Bijelo Polje, Danilovgrad, Žabljak, Plužine, Pljevlja and Podgorica), there has been a change in the limit of funds that a political entity can use to finance the campaign for councilor elections.

The new amount in those municipalities is, collectively, approximately EUR 14,200 more than the previous one.

In addition, due to the establishment of the Municipality of Zeta, a limit was set for the expenses of the election campaign in that local self-government in the amount of EUR 3,735.50.

After those changes, a total of €326,756 was allocated to finance the election campaign in 14 municipalities, which is the limit for a political entity participating in elections in all 14 local governments.
