Since September 2024, the Agency for Prevention of Corruption (APC) has participated in organizing 31 educational events, attended by 566 participants, setting an ambitious standard that we will continue to pursue through quality, dedication, and growth.
The trainings were conducted both independently and in collaboration with domestic and international partners, covering key topics such as integrity, conflict of interest, control of financing of political subjects, ethics, reporting corruption, and normative risks.
We particularly highlight the significant and successful collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation. Within this cooperation alone, 185 institutions and 310 participants (198 women and 112 men) were involved in the trainings.
Together with the Ministry, the APC organized three training cycles for leaders and integrity managers in educational institutions across the central, northern, and southern regions of Montenegro, focusing on topics such as “Developing and Implementing Integrity Plans” and “Whistleblowers and Reporting Mechanisms.”
Through collaborations and partnerships in education, the APC builds an anti-corruption culture and long-term societal capacity to combat corruption. Knowledge remains the strongest tool in protecting the public interest.
