Agency for Prevention of Corruption

Press release

Aug. 12, 2020

All entities that planned to provide media advertising services during the election campaign were required to submit a price list of media advertising services in the election campaign to the Agency for Prevention of Corruption by 3 July 2020.

By that deadline, a total of 27 entities submitted price lists, and for the purpose of full transparency, the Agency published all price lists submitted to it within the deadline, as well as those submitted after the deadline, on its website.

All entities that submitted price lists within the deadline, by virtue of the laws within the jurisdiction of the Agency, can freely provide media advertising services to political entities during the election campaign.

On the other hand, the Agency will monitor and initiate misdemeanour procedures against those entities subject to the law for which it determines that they provided media advertising services to political entities during the campaign, but did not submit the price list to this authority within the deadline or did not submit it at all.
